At D1 we provide a private safe space to train alone or with friends without the inconvenience or anxiety that a normal commercial gym may cause.

We have built a space for not just gym FANATICS, but social media presences, athletes and anyone who wants a private training experience.
Personal trainers book in with your clients and use our space for your 1-1 sessions.

PERSONAL TRAININg & Online plans
We provide 1 to 1 personal training with any of the qualified personal trainers of your choice.
The training will include a Tailored gym plan specifically for your goals.
If you’re wanting to train on your own or are a veteran gym goer who just needs a plan to get them to the next level our Tailored online plans are available for you.
Private gym
Our private gym has been created through years of personal experiences going to the local commercial gym and having the following issues:
- Too crowded
- intimidation for newbies
- built for quantity not for quality
at d1 we’re trying to eliminate those factors by using an hourly booking slot system where you have the gym to yourself or with you and your friends with no waiting for machines, feeling eyes are on you or issues with equipment.
Tailored meal prep
D1 kitchen has been crafted by our fully qualified head chef.
As the old saying goes,
“You can’t out train a bad diet”
and it‘s true, you can’t, what chef has created is a menu filled with meals for your choosing, delicious meal plans that are focused on macros tailored to the individual.
what more can you ask for? gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options?
